Solution
Batchglow is the countries only supplier of Powder Coatings to the MDF panel market. The product extensively used in mainland Europe and America offers the benefit of being able to process and finish high volumes of MDF in a short period of time. The finish is VOC free, Class 1 fire retardant and can be offered with anti-bacterial properties.
Logistics
The customer had major concerns from a time and packaging point of view. Custom crates were produced and were loaded on time sensitive articulated vehicles. Ferries, crossings and allocated time access were all issues for the customer.
Our Challenge
The main issues related to this project were how to process in excess of 1000 panels quickly and efficiently with the minimum of fuss. All of which had to be done whilst maintaining a high quality consistent finish to the boards.
