Batchglow lead the way in the provision of powder coating services.

Please note, there are many technical variations in a powder coating process, the information below should only be used as a guide.

Metallic Components


  • Shotblasting
  • Degreasing
  • Cleaning

Primer Selection

  • Etch
  • Zinc rich

Powder Coating

  1. Hung on a conveyer line
  2. Sprayed with statically charged powder
  3. Baked between 180 – 200 degrees centigrade
  4. Removed from oven and naturally cooled

MDF (Only UK Supplier)


  • Sanding
  • Cleaning
  • Removal of dust

Powder Coating

  1. Prepared using Batchglow’s in house process
  2. Sprayed with a selected medium
  3. Baked – 140 degrees centigrade
  4. Removed from the oven and naturally cooled
